  1. Purchasing policy

Purchase policy applies to customers purchasing products on the website: thann.vn

THANN Vietnam provides products to customers who have consumer shopping needs and have delivery addresses within Vietnam. For orders delivered to addresses outside Vietnam, THANN will contact customer and cancel the order.

  1. Odering instruction

Step 1: Select the product you want, then click Add to cart and continue shopping or select the cart icon in the top right corner of the website, click Checkout to buy the product.

Step 2: Fill in all required payment information. If there is a discount coupon, select the coupon to enter the code.

Step 3: Choose payment method.

Step 4: Click Place order. The system will automatically send confirmation of successful order notification to your email.

  1. Returns and exchanges policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, you are welcome to return them within 15 days of purchase. Product must be in new or gently used condition to be eligible for returning. All returns are subject to verification of the original sale. If your order contains a Gift with Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned with the original product, your refund will not be processed. We reserves the right to limit or deny returns.

Only products purchased from thann.vn are eligible for return or exchange through our site. For products purchased outside www.thann.vn, please contact your retailers for more information.

Shipping fee are non-refundable. Return shipping label, return shipping cost and handling charges are your responsibility unless the return was a result of our error or the product was damaged or defective. After the merchandise has arrived at our distribution center and has been inspected, the transaction amount will be refunded back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

  1. Order cancellation

        4.1 Cancel

In case you want to cancel your order, please contact THANN via email: info@thann.vn or Hotline: 0977 353 153 with the following specific information:

_ Code orders

_ Name of person ordering

_ Email

_ Phone number

If the order has been sent before you contact us to cancel the order, please do not accept the order so that the shipping unit can return it to THANN.

       4.2 Refund when canceling order

If the order has been paid online, you will receive a refund within 45-60 working days from the date of order rejection.

The refund process will be updated by THANN to you via the phone or email you used to register your order.
